Agreement
By accessing NUVÉXIS Hotel OS, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your hotel property. NUVÉXIS SASU provides the service from 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
Cloud PMS Service
NUVÉXIS Hotel OS includes modules for reservations, reception, housekeeping, revenue management, guest QR journeys, device management, security, backups, and integrations. Features vary by subscription plan.
Customer Obligations
You must provide accurate property information, secure staff credentials, comply with hospitality and data protection laws, and not misuse guest data or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production tenants excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance. See our SLA for details.
